Cycle programmed sequence pressing a keyboard key.

Post by Sidchip » Sun May 08, 2016 12:18 am

I've got a sequence stored in the SUB 37. I would be playing it live, syncing to a live drummer.

What I'd like to do is, play the keyboard (any note, or even the root note of the sequence) with my right hand and have that cycle the sequencer into the next note. Is this possible!?

Thanks!
Sid.

I think you can connect a sustain pedal to the CV GATE input, then assign the GATE to advance the sequencer. Have not tried this, but I believe it can be done. Hope this helps.

I second this. It would be really cool with live drums or whatever.
It doesn't seem like it would be to hard to add this in a future update.
