I can't seem to get anywhere here. I got to send my Sub 37 back tomorrow for repair and I want to save the presets I've been working in case they get wiped.
I'm using C6, I configure the S37, I press receive, and send presets on the 37 (first tried all presets and then separately). They start to send but the receiving bar freezes before it gets anywhere, it freezes on the same spot on each one when sending individual presets.
Is there something I'm doing wrong?
