Does this fw solve any midi related issues?
My SP has always been unusable in the studio, since it always messes with other things in Logic (unlike the perfectly stable Voyager).

There is one definite MIDI fix, related to MIDI Time Code...

however, Logic is at fault here because certain MIDI CC messages are "hard wired" to control Logic's own functions. Other Logic users can comment here (I don't use Logic much) -- I believe you can set up filters in the Environment to work around this limitation. Other than marking certain CC numbers as unusable in future products because Logic owns them forever, I don't know what I can do to avoid this problem. :(

Why can't the midi function like the Voyagers midi (or every other synth I know of)?
The most annoying is that the SP someimes sends out midi CC's even when I'm not touching it (messing up Logic, and sometimes softsynths).
Not studio friendly...

I'm hope this address the Slim/Little Phatty Knob Tracking Bug, in which if you send a midi CC (14bit) to a knob which is currently engaged knob in the same mode (eg FREQ, CUTOFF) then the desired tracking mode (PassThru or Relative/Tacking) does not work when you move the knob. Only snap/jump happens. BUT if you move the dials function to some other function and come back it then does track or pass thru. Correctly.

Sounds like the "I'm not in sync with my current position flag is not being set" on midi receive.

Can any one with an advance Firmware test this for me? Thanks.

degas, I know what you mean ;-)

I would loooove to use my LP as my main Midi-controller, but I always have to use another Midi-Keyboard because the LP & Logic don’t work together well. My main problem is that the (lightly pressed) keys of the LP send out values that don’t trigger sound in Logic (Too low, value 1).

BTW. All other Midi-keyboards and synths worked fine with Logic. So it’s most likely a problem of the Little Phatty.

Hi. I would be very interested in trying this out.
Just the ARP improvments alone would make me very happy.
I'm on Windows.
Thanks!

Don't mean to brag, but can we expect Random Notes Arpeggiator anytime soon? It should be very easy to implement (or not?) and a huge improvement IMHO.
