Firmware update gone bad. HELP

Firmware update gone bad. HELP
Just got a new Little Phatty stage 2 with CV mods and I'm trying to update to 3.12/680 and the phatty is locked down. It won't do a thing. I followed the instructions to the T. What is going on here?

"Locked down" how? Does it power up? Does a readable message appear on the display?

I'm thinking I screwed up the bootloader update. Uggh.What can I do? It's just locked into one preset with no sound, none of the knobs respond, keyboard doens't respond.

Well it looks like I'm too stupid to operate a Little Phatty! Hahahaha Idiot, I loaded the Slim Phatty update. Sheez....I'm done for the day. Thanks guys, and sorry.

There is a note in the instructions about connecting USB directly without a hub or anything in between. Are you doing this? It's actually really important your USB is direct with the computer's motherboard.
