Where can one buy wood side panels for the Little Phatty?

i was told today in a synth store that the wood side panels for the Little Phatty also fit perfectly on the Sub Phatty? plugs and midi ports and power lead plugs and everything else is in exactly the same place. and that Moog sold the white cheeks and red/wood cheeks separately as an "upgrade kit" for the Little Phatty. Is this true? so i could buy the Little Phatty side cheeks and they would fit on my Sub Phatty?
