LP Stage Midi output velocity

Post by Pewt » Tue Jan 24, 2012 3:04 am

Whem using my LP stage as a midi controller I always have to bang on the keys quite hard to higher velocity values. is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the midi velocity?

This should most likely be set on the slave instrument, not on the Moog itself.

Really? I have the same issues when im just recording midi with the intention of sending it back to the LP... I usually end up increasing the velocity manually on my midi tracks...

I don't think there are adjustable curve settings in the LP.
Gear: Moog LP, Gibson LP, lots of FX

thats pretty disappointing if it is true. the velocity curve on the phatty is so low I have to put a midi velocity effect on every track I use it on in ableton.
