I just got an Etherwave standard yesterday :P

But I can't play it well enough yet, so I won't be making a video :(

How about next year?

Hopefully they'll have a similar competition next year! It would be really cool to see this turn into a big annual theremin event! :D

Oh, alright. I submit.

That was very nice, the music reminded me of Leonard Cohen. Very nice imagery and beautiful music.

AH,
Man you got some VIEWS! lololololol

I don't know how many forum members actually have theremins. You know, I was really hoping that Theremint posted a video, he has an Ethervox, a Big Briar model U something, I think he still has the RA Moog Melodia, and 2 EW Pros. I would absolutely LOVE to see what he could do with all of those things. I don't know of anyone else that has more theremins than he.

CF,
Man I really hate tornadoes. My studio is still in disaray, but I shot this video at my grandmothers house as I am her primary caregiver. All her furniture was moved and she was UPSET about it. She saw a fire on her front porch on the video and was like "I wouldn't do that, I woudn't do that" lololololl

Thanks guys.

I really have been impressed with all of the submissions so far. I think its is really interesting to see people's creativity and all the homages to old movies, and the pure enjoyment of being creepy. This is the coolest thing, and I am really glad to have been fortunate enough to have taken part in it. I tell you what, winning doesn't really matter, I sure have learned a lot this week about making films and learned to watch my clipping when the filter is OPEN rather than just when it is closed lololololol

I used my beloved etherwave standard and a midi piano. My friend Al helped me a lot with the shooting. Hope you enjoy it
