Problems using Theremini as a midi controller

Post by camarillobrillo » Wed Mar 17, 2021 2:46 pm

Whenever i try to use the Theremini as a midi controller, the 2 antennas seem to be interfering with each other, making it impossible to associate them to independent controls. Whenever i try to associate anything with the pitch antenna (cc20), during the learning process some midi message would pop up from the volume antenna (cc2), and the other way round, and as a result i get the control associated to both, and anyway in a not very precise way. This is quite frustrating, has anyone experienced the same, and does anyone have a solution to that? i even tried recalibrating the Theremini to a really small space range, but still it does the same.

That's rather annoying; has this happened to anybody else, and does anyone know how to fix it? I've even tried setting the Theremini's calibration to a very narrow space range, but to no avail.
