Synth with CV inputs recommendation

Apologies if this has been asked many times. I just got an Etherwave Plus and I am looking for a way to take advantage of all of the CV outputs on it to either control one of my existing synthesizers that have MIDI inputs, but no CV inputs. I've seen Sonuus G2M, but I don't think that uses all 3 CV outputs(Gate, Pitch, Volume) and there are certainly some great Moogs that are beyond my current budget. 
If anyone knows of a good interface or standalone module option up to about $300 that would allow me to use the Theremin as a synth controller, I would appreciate your recommendation. Thank you
