Fuse in EWPro?

Discovered you have to remove and disconnect almost everything to get the cover off the power supply and expose the fuse in the EtherWave Pro.
Looks like the fuse is blown, it's a 4 amp . 250, but is it a fast acting or slow blow fuse?

And it looks much smaller than the ones I got at Radio Shack.
What is this type of fuse called here in the US?
