cp-251 discontinued???

Post by kn_s » Sat Mar 30, 2019 10:13 pm

so i see that sweetwater no longer carries the cp251, is it done? will there be a new offering? now the entire moogerfooger line is dead? i sure hope they develop a new line in eurocrack format, possibly a combo that has the 'foogers in cases like mom32 and dfam. like 101,102,103 combo and a 105,107,108 combo? and a superduper 104 delay and a mega cp251 and some new stuff
LP solar, minitaur, m32, werkstatt, 101/102/103/104m/105m/107/108m,cp-251,mf delay v1&2+drivev2, microkorg, monologue, volcas, monotribe & trons, sq-1, too many pedals!, guitars, '07 imac (10.11.6), simmons sds7, & now eurocrack, etc...

Yes, I do believe that it was discontinued with the remaining Foogers. There are a ton of them out there in the secondhand market, however.
Moog stuff: Slim Phatty, Minitaur, Mother-32, Werkstatt x2, MF-103, MF-104M, MF-108M
Running Moog software on Win7 64-bit

awww, that's sad, such great boxes, love my cp-251, it's the perfect compromise for someone like me who doesn't want to go full modular, but needs a little flexibility here and there. I love gear that doesn't try to do everything, gives you just enough to make music and be creative. And without any screens, except on the my mp-201, which is out of sight (double entendre not intended, but appreciated).
