Once I go past the .6 on the long setting I get a high pitch whine that will engage change pitch with delay time and then disengage when I go below .6. Upon bypass the high pitch is still present but significantly reduced in volume. Provided a video to illustrate issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xAStk3KThAc
Opened up, cleaned up and checked seating of chips and tried to check daughterboard where everything looks ok. See pictures in case I'm missing anything as I am no tech, just a hobbyist.
Would appreciate any help as I bought it like this so maybe something happened on transit. Thanks for reading.

Finally finessed the daughterboard free and only noticed 2 more MN3008 chips. So 4 total. Is that correct?
