104m midi use!

Hey there, would really appreciate it if someone can explain to me how to use the 104m with midi. My set up is my guitar going through the fooger which then goes into a focusrite audio interface. and my akai mpk 61 sending midi out to the fooger with everything running on Ableton 10.
