Moogerfooger powersupply voltage high?

Post by ArtVark » Tue Sep 19, 2017 3:23 pm

I noticed a slight burning smell coming from my MIDI Murf. It still works, but it smells like something is starting to go bad.
I checked the voltage of my Moog power supply (PKD35V-9-400, 240 volt to 9) and it's 14.2. Now this is without load but this does seem way too high. Does anybody know if the voltage just drops drastically under load or is my power supply broken? (and my MIDI Murf on the way out as well...)

Thanks!

Hello
My does the same thing, have U ever reported further issues?

My still works fine , but the rate on pattern One doesn't work , it could be from this smell or what do U think ?

Thanks

Cheers
Miguel
