Just took the plunge and got me a 104m, gotta say it sounds great. I'm not really understanding how to sync the lfo to midi. The delay time is no issue but I want the lfo to follow midi clock too, I don't feel the manual is very clear on how to do this.
I want it to follow the Sub 37's clock which is receiving clock from a drum machine.
Maybe it's just that I don't really understand midi that well but can someone help me here?
Thanks.

Re: 104m lfo Sync?
I'm having a similar issue. Funny, I just came to this forum to try and find an answer and I see your post right at the top. I'm using a Tempode midi clock by Molten Voltage to synch my MF-104M and my Empress Tremolo. The problem I'm having is that the midi clock affects the Rate setting of the LFO on the MF-104M, as well as the delay Time setting. I want the midi clock to affect ONLY the delay time, as I rarely use modulation. The manual does not clearly specify how to set the MF-104M to have the midi clock affect only the LFO or delay Time setting. It seems that by default the unit is set to have both controlled by the midi clock. Help! Can someone tell me how to do this? If not, I just wasted a bunch of money on my Tempode because I can't have the midi clock working on the modulation rate because it changes the pitch of what I'm playing. I sent Moog an email but no response so far. Thanks in advance!
Re: 104m lfo Sync?
You can enable and disable LFO MIDI sync by sending the unit MIDI CC#108. Values of 0-63 disable sync, values 64-127 enable sync. (You only need to send a 0 [Off] or 127 [On].) Other MIDI messages are on pages 23 and 24 of the manual.

Well then you need a MIDI lesson! Too much typing for this forum, and it's already available...
Try the Tweakheadz tutorial (free); it's a good starting point.
If you want to make the most of that gear, reading all about MIDI is important, and valuable.

Vibration emanates from all things, even nothing. Using awareness to translate vibration into "music" is something that I am whole heartedly grateful for.

Fair point, I had a feeling it was a novice question, just not a bridge I've had to cross before. I'll check that out, cheers.
