About the MF102 ring mod backpanel

Hi, this is my first post here I'm pretty sure this question has not been asked.

I'm wondering is there some way to patch up two MF-102 ring mods (without the help of the CP-251 control processor) for a stereo panning effect?
I was thinking maybe:
MF-102(#1) LFO OUT---->MF-102(#1) CARRIER IN,
MF-102(#1) LFO OUT---->(via splitter cable)--->MF-102(#2) MIX CV jack,
dummy cable---->MF-102(#2) CARRIER IN(so the carrier is silence).

Would this work?

Afterall maybe it would be easier to go with a CP-251 and two Minifooger Boosts?

Thanks for any help!

What you are trying to do requires VCAs. There are no VCAs available in a Fooger or the CP.

The ring mod does do a beautiful tremolo at low osc frequencies... You could theoretically achieve a panning effect with two units, however NOT ONLY with two units.

The (one of at least) most simple way would be to use the carrier out from one into the carrier in of the other. The catch is to invert the carrier between units... I believe.

If you had an LFO source, you could send one to the right and an inverted LFO to the left.

So you need something to invert the CV.
