freqbox tuning problem

Post by ebo » Wed Sep 04, 2013 6:16 am

I use 4 Freqboxes with my modular synth for chords ( cv in ).
two freqs have the serial numbers 3277 and 3278.
lowest tuning of freqbox number 3277 is to high ,the differce is 7 halftones.
is it possibble to change the internal lowest tuning?

I have two FreqBoxes, 0082 and 2047. They both come in at E or F# like the three of yours do. I imagine that there might be a trimmer pot that can be adjusted internally, I'd give Moog a call.

Interestingly, there was a change in the jack layout between the time my Freq's were issued. The earlier one has Env Out next to Audio Out, while the later one has Osc Out in that same space.

my oldest is # 634 the others are in the 3000,
the vco sound from 634 (#4) was different.
there are two trimmers inside, one for the 1v oct scaling, one for the vca.
