Experimental Music made with Moogerfoogers

Post by VCS3 » Thu Jan 24, 2013 8:52 pm

Hi, just want to share some sounds with other electronic music makers.

I find it interesting when a different approach is taken to create music.
Here are some tracks made with only Moogerfoogers and some other pedals.
Moogerfoogers are wonderful devices with so many possibilities.

Hi,
could not agree with you more about Moogerfoogers creativity!
I'm a cello player and Foogers are a key part of my sound.
Here is a couple of my electronic tunes, it's all electrified cello mainly through Foogers and Strymon Timeline for stereo delays! Check them out!

^ Very interesting maxcello. I like it a lot.

Being a (very) late bloomer in my learning to play music instruments, I don't feel I have yet attained the level at which I am comfortable posting my recordings, but I have been using a cello and a flute for a couple of years, and lately a Ukulele with my foogers. Just got an MF-104m recently, the quintessential fooger. Anyway, the only person I am interested in pleasing with my efforts says he's having a ball doing all doing all the sound experiments while his humble skills are on the rise

Very nice, I like the juxtaposition between the cello and electronics.
There is a lot of space for things to breathe as well, I like that.

Thanks guys! Space is needed, also in music... or is there somebody out there who actually enjoys being in a over crowded elevator for longer periods of time...???

Excerpt from a live 80 min performance - at UR-Electro - in Toledo Ohio. This is an MF-107 Processing the carrier oscillator from one of 2 MF-102's plus the lfo from another MF-102 being used as an audio oscillator into its own input while the carrier of that 102 is modulated by the lfo from the first - All 3 oscillators are modulated in different amounts in real time through a Moog CP-251 - which is splitting - mixing - and lagging the CV out from a Frostwave Fat Control analog sequencer. - Oscillators are mixed in stereo and sent through an Electrix Filter Factory & Beringer Vampire Delay. Great "Forbidden Planet" (the movie) style Fun .

Yes, I really enjoy a lot of the quirkier sounds people create with Moogerfoogers.

I already posted some of my Fooger-experiments in the general topics thread "show your synthesizer music", but will post them again here for those interested:

OneyedSon,

Really enjoyed the timbres and cross modulations you are achieving! Enough Foogers in your arsenal and you don't need external gear to run through them.

Fantastic work.
