MF-101 as an oscillator with the voyager?

Hey guys,
Does anyone have a working setting that will properly scale the MF101 filter cutoff to be used as an oscillator? So far I have managed to get it to track up to an octave but not much more than that.
I am using the CP251's attenuators for this but it only does so much. Tried it using the mixer section and still I cant get it to track perfectly.
Im sure it can be done and i think I am missing something?
Any thoughts?
