I think my unit fails to self Oscillate?
Any tips to get it to self Oscillate?
Cluster flux self Oscillation?
Re: Cluster flux self Oscillation?
I can get the 108 to self oscillate when not plugged into the voyage mixer out filter in?
EDIT: I can get the flux to self OSC
But not when plugged into the voyager mixer out filter in...

Re: Cluster flux self Oscillation?
The Mixer out level of the Voyager is very hot, and if you have oscillators levels up, they are always running (remember this patch point is pre-VCA), so it is possible that you wouldn't hear the CF self-oscillation. Now if you made sure all the mixer levels are turned down - but then you'll just get the self oscillation of the CF, although I doubt that's the awesome patch you're looking for...
Another approach would be to plug the CF into the Ext audio in - then you don't have the VCOs @ the input of the device and you should be able to use the CF as an extra oscillator.

Thanks Steve, you nailed it!
I think one of my cords might have been shot or my break out cable did not have a good connection, as I didn't get a nice stereo sound last night, but now I have & I can self OSC
