Hi, I've just purchased a 16v Moog One. I was going through the patches for the first time today in any depth.
A few of the patches load and instantly start making a noisy swooping sound without playing any keys. Turning off Synth Effect seems to remove the noise. Similarly, turning down the modulation feedback in the Synth Effect page also reduces the noise. This occures with number of patches. The One is on OS is 1.5. The effect causing it seems to be the Phaser, changing the effect from the Phaser to anything else also stops the noise.
Anyone experience this?
Thanks.

Re: Synth Effect noise issue
Yeah, I’m very familiar with this, and it is definitely the phaser. Noisy enough as to be unusable in my opinion, but turning it down mostly solves that.

Re: Synth Effect noise issue
Hi chefmenteur, I was glad (?) to see your reply. I did a lot of research before buying and thought I knew all the quirks but never came across this noisy phaser issue. Do you know if this is a common issue or is it just us?
Re: Synth Effect noise issue
I've heard it, too I believe. I didn't know what it was.
