Voices 15 and 16 wave shape mix issue

Hey I just purchased a brand new 16 voice Moog One. Recently I was playing around with the INT patch and I discovered that when the mix knob in the oscillator sections is in the center position the low end completely cuts out, but only on voices 15 and 16. This happens on all 3 oscillators. Is this a bug? Or is this a hardware issue. If anyone has an idea please let me know. Thanks

What firmware version are you on?

Hey so I just ran the oscillator calibration and now all the voices thin out when the mix knob is in the center. Maybe this is how it is suppose to be. Now another issue is Voice 16 is now always panned to the right. I will try to run the calibration again.
