Here's an article that walks you through everything that's available (from the three Oscillators to the Mixer) via the hardware knobs and buttons on the on the Moog One - without using any MORE buttons. The idea is that it's worth learning what all of the hardware knobs and buttons do before even messing with the MORE pages:
