Updating Voice Controller Firmware loop

Post by mrgkeys » Tue Oct 30, 2018 8:21 pm

So, my One crashed tonight, and immediately went into a reboot displaying "Updating Voice Controller Firmware.." After trying to come back up it then displayed "Failed Enumerating Voice Cards" and now is stuck in a loop of rebooting and trying to update. Any ideas if I can turn it off? I understand I can send it back, but I leave in 7 hours for another 3.5 weeks on the road. I can't possibly ship it till then. That probably puts it past the return date to Sweetwater. Any help would be good. Thanks for anyones time...

I’d contact Moog support directly if I were you.

Hope it works out.

I did and they got back to me very quickly and we're getting it all resolved. Great customer service!

I'm scared hearing about this...my One is on his way.
Did you send it back to Moog or did you fix it locally?

I’d be surprised if this couldn’t be resolved remotely.

Hello - I am having the same issue, after I updated the One firmware and did a recalibration. Moog support tells me I will need to replace one or several voice cards.

what was the answer you got back in 2018?
