Loose octave knob

Hello everyone, nice to meet you all - new user here!

Yesterday when I started to noodle on my Moog One I noticed, that the octave knob in osc 2 section was wobbly/loose. So the question is, can you just pull those knobs off and tighten it somehow? I also mailed Moog service, but thought that maybe someone here knows.

Not an easy task, but they’ll pop off.

My 3rd octave was loose as well. Take two old hotel cards to help pry evenly from both sides.

It’s a 12mm nut underneath.
