Pitch changes the waveform by more or less cycles but;
Why is it changing the shape of the waveform?
And the peak and trough ratio?
Standard, init, saw wave, nothing but playing a different note.

Analog circuits are not 100% perfect (unless you go for high end measuring equipment). The waveshape circuits have to form the waveshape over a wide range of frequencies. And then there are phase changes in the circuits depending on the frequency. Especially the filter. And even a fully opened filter is not 100% straight on phases.
But don't worry, this is not a malfunction and may not be heard as easy as to see on a scope. It is like this on most analog synths available.
