SUB 25 | C Key Velocity not working properly

Greetings guys...

Recently i've got my new Moog Subsequent 25 and it's a nice Synthesizer, really awesome!

But recently i've also noticed that when i press the C key (the middle one only) the velocity doesn't stay constant, it stops the note when i press the key to the ground (end). What could it be?

Currently i'm running the 1.0.2 firmware and i don't know if there is any way to reset the settings.
