Substequent 25 : Keyboard issue.

Post by denony » Tue Oct 27, 2020 10:49 am

Hello There,

I have just received my new Subsequent 25. It replaces a Subsequent 25 I bought in may 2020 which has a defective headphone output. :(

But this on has a different issue : There is a noisy click when I press the last "white key" ?
The previous one did not have this issue.

Is it a known issue ?

Thank you

Regards

Laurent

Salut Laurent :)

I think, if that's possible, that you should take this one back to the shop again. I would offer myself a full functional instrument, if I were in your shoes. Hoping this will get solved!

Hi, i had the exact same problem, which can be simply solved with a screwdriver and three pieces of small paper, twice folded. Unscrew the side panel and put between the metal plate and the wooden panel those three pieces of paper, twice folded papers as to adjust the wooden site panels and keep them away from the highest key.
