Hello everyone,
I've just got off the phone with Moog tech support trying to fix an issue with the librarian for the Sub 37.
The firmware is up to date, the app is up to date, and literally nothing but a mouse and keyboard are connected to my computer (Mac OS - Catalina).
We can get the plugin to work, and the midi connection works in both directions (the Sub 37 can control the editor and the editor can control the USB 37).
However, as soon as I click the "librarian" button and click "get" I get the "hardware disconnected" message.
Has anyone had a similar issue? Even the tech support rep was stumped and said perhaps to contact the Canadian Moog distributor SSM. I imagine they'd know even less about this issue?
Anyway, any ideas? Thanks in advance.
