Retuning - Solfeggio Scales

Post by SeythLeeJames » Tue Apr 28, 2020 5:06 pm

Hello... i want to use an alternate scale that i tuned myself using Scala;

The desired root C4 is 264 Hz, C5 is 528 Hz. The tones in between consist of Solfeggio frequencies and derived tones (my derivation) to create a full 12 note scale.

my failing technique is to 1) build the Scala file; 2) load the .scl into the Phatty Tuner; 3) Send from the Phatty Tuner to Sub37 as a Tuning Scale.

All is well up to when i load the Scala file into the Phatty Tuner for subsequent transport to the Sub37; at this point, Phatty Tuner resets the C4/C5 to its defaults, 261.78 Hz / 523.25 Hz and these two values are not editable.

Is there a way to retune the entire scale as i am attempting, i.e., the C4 root (note 0) and corresponding C5 (note 12) either in the Phatty Tuner or in the Global setting directly?

Thanks for any help!!
