I have a problem with my sub phatty editor, I use windows 7 professional:
When I connect my sub phatty to editor, editor cannot retrieve presets from the hardware. In other words, instead of showing presets which are on hardware, right column of editor is empty. Because of this, I cannot drag & drop custom presets to hardware.
Please help, I'm running out of ideas...reinstalling windows is my last option , of course.
