EMERGENCY - SUB 37 Editor can't export bank

Hi,

I'm in an emergency situation. Flying out tomorrow morning for a gig and backlining a Sub 37. I've created all the sounds I need for the gig on my personal sub37 and went to export bank so I can load it up on to the backline Sub37 via the editor. The editor keeps freezing at 0% (pic below)

I've tried to reinstall the editor, but the registration email with the download link doesn't work, and I'm unable to download a new copy of the editor. (registered/download link sent April 2017)

Really need help here, and need it fast. This show can't happen without these sounds. Please advise.

Go to your registered Moog Account
https://www.moogmusic.com/account
You'll find the Editor/Firmware/Manual there

Sorry I'm late, but you can re download the editor on your Moog account page.
(assuming you have made an account there where you have registered the Sub37)

If you want to back up an entire SUB 37 to another SUB 37 (or SUBSEQUENT 37), why not do it with a simple SysEx Dump using either "ALL PRESETS" or "BULK DUMP"?

You can MIDI dump directly from one SUB (or SUBSEQUENT) 37 to the other (without a computer), or you can dump to a free SysEx Librarian app and then dump from there to another SUB 37.
