HELP: Connecting Sub 37 with Taurus II 343B Foot Controller

Hey everyone I want to thank everyone for their help in this matter in advance. I'm having a hard time linking my Taurus II 343B foot controller to my sub 37, the only connection options are the midi ports. Please advise or share link to tutorial, cheers!
