Sub 37 Editor - Not recognizing Sub 37 on PC

I recently switched from mac to PC and now my editor does not work in any of the projects I've been running. I've tried to reinstall, restart, installed the midi drivers in the Editor's package. My synth works perfectly fine in the DAW and midi is able to be sent and received. I've also made sure that I am running the latest firmware. Also, the Moog firmware updater DOES recognize my Sub 37 and pulls in the current OS.

I'm at a loss here as this editor is a big part of my typical workflow.

Have you tried both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the editor and experience the same result?
