Moog Sub 37 headphone crackle

Hi,
I bought a brand new Moog Sub 37 last week and I'm having issues with the headphone jack.. it seems to crackle at random, lose volume and sometimes seems to completely drop out. I'm aware that this was an issue with early production models in the past, but I didn't expect this to still be an issue on a new machine. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I love playing the thing, and I really wouldn't like to return it to the store or have to send it to the USA or wherever else for repairs... Thanks!
