Subsequent 37 Calibration problem

HI, I just recieved my Subsequent 37 today. Hooked it up and immediately noticed that the keyboard isnt tracking proberly, outside of an octave range, the notes are noticeably out of tune. Also had no presets loaded, which surprised me, since I thought it had the same as the Sub 37. Any thoughts?

Have you tried running the note calibration? I don't know about the presets, but I believe they are included with the editor download. Also available as a separate download I think.

Mine didn't come with a manual, but I looked it up online. Going to run Calibration and see if it takes care of it. Thanks

No presets, not tracking properly and no manual? I'd ask whoever you bought this from what's up with that.

Yeah, it was from Sam Ash. Calibrated it and tracking is fine. I already have the editor since I use a Sub 37 as well.
