Triggering sequencer via midi

Post by MDMA » Sat May 27, 2017 10:45 am

Hi all

I'm having a bit of trouble getting the sub 37 sequencer to trigger via midi

I'm using logic x and have made a sequence on the sub 37, if I activate a key on the sub the the sequence plays in time perfectly. The issue starts when I draw in the note into logic to trigger the sub 37 sequencer, all I get is, what could be best described as a metronome type rhythm. This also happens if I activate a key on the midi keyboard. Should I activate a key on the sub 37 it sounds perfect.

It's obviously something I haven't setup correctly but I can't think of what, could anyone help me please?

So I managed to get this working with a factory rest, don't know what happened to be honest.
