No sound when "Panel" mode is engaged (Sub 37)

Hey guys,
I've had my Sub 37 for a few months and have had a few odd issues with it. Many come and go, so I won't get into them right now, but the main issue is that the "Panel" button does nothing and results in no sound. I usually just start from an Init patch when I play, and have to manually touch every knob to engage the correct positions. Everything works fine until I press "Panel"- all sound stops completely, pressing keys does nothing, resetting the knobs does nothing, etc. Any ideas?
