Sub 37 - Pairs of Keys Playing Same Note/Pitch

Hello, just got a brand new Sub 37 and hoping someone can assist me in troubleshooting this. Playing notes from left to right (1-37) all the way up the keyboard, I have noticed the following: keys 6 and 7 play the same note/pitch; 14 and 15 play the same note/pitch; 22 and 23 play the same note/pitch; and 30 and 31 play the same note/pitch. Also connected to computer via USB and found the same thing happening when controlling soft synth. I tried various tunings and had the same findings with those specific pairs of keys. Does this seem strange? Am I missing something obvious here?

Every 8th note a pair doubles up... Sounds like it could be a short or something in the keyboard scanner, which may very well be in an 8x5 matrix. Might need to be exchanged, but check with Moog first.

Are you saying that the same thing happens when you control your Sub-37 with an external controller/sequencer, or does it only happen when you play the Sub-37 keyboard? Sounds like a fault with the keyboard scanning. Sounds like a warranty repair for sure.

Yes, only happened when using the Sub 37 keyboard. Tried note calibration routine x2, factory reset, etc. All good, exchanging for new.
