how fast is the moog repair service?

hey!
it got this annoying issue with my filter like in this vid:

so i guess i have to change the board??!how fast will the repair be approx? im using it professionally
so i need it to be fixed really soon. other thing is that im not sure where my invoice is, could this
be problem? the second issue is a noisy headphone output, which also seems to occur quiet often.
this problems dont really stand for a the good build quality of moog products :(
i hope moog will pay for the expenses (dsi did this the last time i had a problem with my prophet 6).
so can anyone calm me down or am i fucked ;)?

I am in England.I had the same problem last year.
I emailed moog they replied back the same day with their nominated repairer.
I rang the repairer to say I would like to being sub 37 in for filter mend and did they have any in stock.
They had some in stock(they change the whol board).I picked it up a couple of days later.All very quick.

Sorry I should have said there was no charge.The moog email counted as payment.
They weren't bothered about the age but I did nes to give them the number of the sub when I originally rang.

Their customer service is really good and prompt. I was frustrated when I had the Sub 37 filter issue more than once but they're customer service made it easier and luckily since they changed the type of filter pot I've had no issues since.

One time I had my Sub 37 back within a week of sending it off (with a courrier that the distributer arranged themselves)
