Trying to solve issue with my sub 37

I recently purchased a Sub 37 and can only seem to get it to play coming out of my left monitor.
I currently have a 1/4 inch balanced cable going from the Audio Out into one of my Inputs on my Native Instruments Audio 6.
The monitors themselves are working fine with other sounds so I know that's not the issue.
My current DAW is Ableton 9 if that matters.

The Sub37 audio output is unbalanced monophonic. You need to tell Ableton to use a single input (not a pair of inputs) and use the pan control to put the sound where you want it (left, right, or center).
