Is the Sub 37 capable of producing Minitaur lows?
Is the Sub 37 capable of producing Minitaur lows?
Just curious, is the Minitaur alone in the lows it can produce, or can the same be achieved using a Sub 37 or some other Moog synthesizers?

Sorry to bump, but somebody must know. Or maybe it's too obvious of a question. Unsure.

Maybe we don't know what you mean by "lows".

Re: Is the Sub 37 capable of producing Minitaur lows?
I understood the question to be more subjective addressed to those who have compared the two - I read it as 'will a 37 have the same powerful sounding low end of the minitaur' '
not really something that can be answered by specs...
That is also something I'm curious about - side by side do they sound the same / similar or will the mini give me something my 37 doesn't?

Re: Is the Sub 37 capable of producing Minitaur lows?
I have a sub 37 and recently picked up a minitaur for something smaller and more portable. While they are fairly similar and have a lot of overlap, the minitaur does have that special something that makes it worth it, least in my book.
They sound really great together
