Hi,
I can't find anyone else with this problem but since I updated to version 1.2 the latch button has been acting up;
In sequencer mode everything is as normal until the latch button (LB) is used then the sequence plays but each step increases in pitch until it is too high to hear.
In arp mode everything again works until the LB is pressed then regardless of how many keys were pressed while LB was hit the arp reverts to a single not repeating in time and the range buttons have no effect.
Any help would be appreciated,
Ken
Sub 37 Firmware 1 1.2 latch button issue

Hi,numinous01 wrote:... the sequence plays but each step increases in pitch until it is too high to hear...
for me it sounds like a typical MIDI loop problem.
Do you have it connected to a DAW or any sequencer software? Then check the MIDI thru / Local functions.
cheers,
Bernard

Thanks Bernard,
It is attached to a daw, I'll have a look but I'm not sure what I'm really looking for though?
Cheers

Re: Sub 37 Firmware 1 1.2 latch button issue
If the Sub37 is connected to a DAW, the notes played by the Sub enter the DAW and will be played thru from the DAW to the Sub again, where it transposes the sequence. And on and on ...
Check the local control settings (keys/wheel/panel) either in the main menu of the sub, or in the editor (setup page).
cheers,
Bernard

Thank Bernard,
You were spot on, the editor had all of the above turned on. It's working just fine again now.Cheers,
Ken

Awesome, thanks guys! I had he same issue in Ableton. If you're using Ableton go to "Preferences > Midi > MIDI ports" and switch under Input: Moog Sub 37 "Track" to "off". Done.
