Sub37 Tuning issue

Post by Fido73 » Wed Jan 06, 2016 3:59 pm

I i'm new here, I brought a Moog Sub37 in november and 3 weeks after that, my Cutoff knob was not moving anymore, like somebody put glue to it. Got it repaired and went to pick it up today. Everything works fine except that there is 1/4 tone difference between octaves. If I play a C and another C an octave below, the pitch will have move 1/4 to 1/3 below C making it between C and B. Is there a way to fix this? If so I will be happy to know what is going on with my Sub.

I'm having the same problem. The lower 8 notes of my Sub 37 are 1/2 step too high.

The CALIBRATION (GLOBAL MENU 3.1) section on page 47 of the manual (v1.1) explains how to do calibrations. Have you tried that?

Having the same problem and can't find a solution, really frustrating! Any answers?
