Sub 37 - Arpeggiator tone-delay?

Post by HicoMe » Mon Dec 28, 2015 7:26 am

Hello Moogys,

a question I ever wanted to ask: Is it normal, that if you have activated the arpeggiator and press a key on the keyboard, that the first tone of the arpeggio comes a little bit delayed and not immediately while pressing the key on the keyboard?

Best regards from germany

Are you activating "sync" on the arpeggiator/sequencer? If so, it's likely that you are playing on the back side of the beat (or with enough latency) that it's missing the sync pulse for that subdivision, and is starting on the next subdivision.

Hi,

Go to Global menu/Seq Options/Phase Reset. You can turn it on or off.

Warm regards Luloop

Or this. Good point. I'm usually just playing ahead of the beat to insure proper sync.

Just came back from the rehearsal, where I tried this - perfect! Now it works like it should. Thank you very very much LuLoop!

I wish you all a good start into a moogy 2016 ... :D
