Hello from the Pacific Northwest. I am connecting my Sub 37 using two different USB 3.0 Host Controllers: Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 Microsoft, and ASMedia USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller 1.10 Microsoft. Both return an error: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failure)

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

Any ideas? Is my MOOG broken? Do I need to send it in for repairs?
