Hi, i wondered if someone could help me with a problem i have been having in LogicX, i have been trying to figure it out for the past couple of days with no luck, its probably something really obvious. I have worked in the box up until now so i'm not that familiar with the stuff under the hood, just the obvious.
I create a track, tick the box to use the external plugin, create a midi track and add notes to the region, it plays back fine but it wont mute, if i mute the region it will mute but not if i mute the track. If i add an external instrument track but dont use the plug-in then it will also mute fine.. i'm using a Scarlett 2i4 as my audio interface.

the guy mentions my exact problem at the end if the thread he says "Ther muting thing was me being a dumass having a multi timbral through the dsame input on my audio interface"
Any help would be really great, thanks in advance!
