Try starting with something between a triangle and saw,
adjust resonance to taste
adjust cutoff to taste, and vary
as you go for some timbral change
play with glide amount
a little bit of a soft attack but not too much
turn decay and sustain up all the way.
Control vibrato from mod wheel.
Add a delay pedal.
What I would really recommend, though,
is to study the fundamentals of subtractive
synthesis, or check out the software syntorial,
which will help you develop your ear in a
structured course, so that you can learn
to hear how to dial in a sound close to
what you are hearing. My description
might not be exact parameters,
but will get you in the realm.
