Hi Subbers,
I got my Sub37 filter fixed. Now the cutoff pot is sturdy and everything is fine with the filter unit. But now I noticed that there is some problem with the headphone output. Volume on my headphone right side is notably louder than on my left side (since the synth is monoaural I don't speak about channels, just headphone sides). Of course if I don't push the headphone plug all the way in, the volume is even on both sides. It seems there is something wrong maybe with the headphones amp? I also know that the hp-jack was changed along with the filter board.
Anybody else experienced this?

Hi there,
Andy from Moog Tech Support here!!! I am sorry your Sub 37 arrived less than 100% perfect after the repair!
It is possible that it is a loose cable, or that there is something at fault with the jack or the circuit(though this would have been tested during the repair.
Please contact us directly for support with this issue(if you remember the name of the tech who repaired your synth contact that person with preference):
