help! moog sub 37 duplicate the notes

hello, friends

yesterday , my moog began to duplicate the notes when i play , i even changing presets or turn the power off and on ... the problen continues

i dont have any idea whats going on

please help me !!

What do you mean it's duplicating notes? Could you provide more detail?
